Sorry to hear you were not happy with the service you received. I feel we go above and beyond what is expected of us. We take a personable approach when dealing with families even though several different methods are also available. It is very important to me that all our families receive communications face to face on a daily basis. This way we can be sure we are working together to provide the best care for your child. If the childs teacher is absent upon pickup times I am always available to discuss the childs day with them. If there is any questions I am unable to answer I am happy to contact the teacher after hours to discuss any questions the parent has. All diaper changes are recorded and completed several times throughout the day. Parents are encouraged to communicate to us the methods they currently use at home with regards to daily care so we can be consistent with this at the centre. All violatons received in the past have been minor infractions and have been corrected immediately, with the majority being Administrative. If there was ever any concern with these violations by Daycare Services, we simply would not have a license. I always encourage parents to bring any concerns to me immediately so they can be addressed. I recommend you tour not only our facility but others as well and make your own decision. Daycare Services can provide you with information on our centre and answer any licensing questions you may have. We also have a parent committee that is available to discuss childcare at our centre with you.

This daycare, overall, is sub-par. During 2012, they had numerous vioaltions under the daycare act which included, but were not limited to: staff not having criminal record or child abuse registry checks, toys not being cleaned properly, reports not being maintained. These were available on the community services site. As a parent, you expect the best care for your child. This is not the place for that. We had so many problems with this centre. Our child was not changed enough, despite bringing it up to the staff many times, resulting in horrible rashes. Daily reports were often not completed, leaving us with no information at the end of the day. Chose another centre.
